This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Align personalization efforts with the overarching strategy and provide insights to the Regional Delivery Lead.

• Oversee and manage the execution of customer personalization initiatives within designated teams.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Director to effectively allocate resources.

• Work alongside stakeholders to comprehend personalization needs and align initiatives accordingly.

• Manage client project portfolios, encompassing budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project execution.

• Plan and implement personalization projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

• Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and cost management.

• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to the Regional Delivery Lead.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and teams for effective coordination and information sharing.

• Collect customer feedback and enhance the quality of delivery services.

• Identify technical objectives and propose solutions through business process and management consulting analysis.

• Assist Sales in identifying potential opportunities and gathering requirements for value propositions.

• Assess and preliminarily scope incoming requests, analyzing them for completeness.

• Partner with Account Managers to offer technical and quality expertise.

• Contribute to the growth and development of customer channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong technical background.

• Experience within the Pharma domain.

• Strong sales skills.

• Ability to think quickly and manage a high volume of rapid projects.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, dive into details, and troubleshoot issues.

• Experience in managing or coordinating web development projects.

• Understanding of business policies and procedures.

• Proficient with account/project management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRMs.
