Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Align personalization efforts with the overarching strategy and provide insights to the Regional Delivery Lead.

• Oversee and manage the execution of customer personalization initiatives.

• Coordinate resource allocation in collaboration with the Delivery Director.

• Work with stakeholders to comprehend and align personalization needs.

• Manage client project portfolios, encompassing budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and project implementation.

• Plan and execute personalization initiatives while managing project budgets.

• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, reporting findings to the Regional Delivery Lead.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and teams for effective coordination and information sharing.

• Collect customer feedback, identify process inefficiencies, and suggest service enhancements.

• Determine technical objectives and propose solutions through business process and management consulting analysis.

• Support Sales by identifying opportunities and gathering requirements for value-driven solutions.

• Assess and initially scope incoming requests.

• Partner with Account Managers to deliver technical and quality expertise.

• Contribute to the growth and development of customer channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong technical background.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Good sales skills.

• Ability to manage a high volume of quick-turnaround projects.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, explore details, and troubleshoot issues.

• Experience in managing or coordinating web development projects.

• Understanding of business policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with account/project management tools such as Jira, MS Office, and CRMs.
