Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships by understanding needs and agreeing on scope, priorities, and expectations

• Lead the project team, coordinating work and removing obstacles

• Plan projects by considering scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies

• Monitor progress, quality, and budget, addressing any deviations

• Prepare and present status reports to management and clients

• Manage risks, scope changes, and escalations

• Formally close projects, including deliverables, client acceptance, and lessons learned

• Work with traditional (PMI) or agile (Scrum, Kanban) frameworks, depending on the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

• Over 3 years of experience leading technology projects or IT teams

• Technical background in development, infrastructure, QA, analysis, or architecture

• Experience in planning, monitoring, reporting, and closing projects

• Proficiency in PMI and/or agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience with direct client interactions, management, and stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience in financial or banking sector projects is desirable

• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM are preferred

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project is a plus
