This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of complex initiatives from initial discovery to final release and adoption.

• Assess requirements, dependencies, technical aspects, operational effects, and alignment among stakeholders.

• Develop and modify delivery strategies, including sequencing, phasing, incremental delivery, and risk management.

• Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure transparency in delivery health and proactively tackle risks, dependencies, blockers, and shifting priorities.

• Prepare the organization for successful launches.

• Relay delivery status, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations throughout the lifecycle of initiatives.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders to enhance planning, execution, and overall organizational results.

• Ensure alignment among teams while managing scope, timelines, quality, dependencies, and business priorities.

• Question assumptions thoughtfully and facilitate constructive discussions.

• Promote timely decision-making and appropriate escalation when necessary.

• Organize post-launch reviews, usage metrics, and gather stakeholder feedback.

• Utilize AI to enhance documentation, reporting, workflow management, and other delivery tasks while validating AI-generated outputs.

• Seek opportunities to enhance delivery standards, governance, readiness practices, and team collaboration.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Systems Administrator to implement approved enhancements to delivery tools, reporting, workflows, and automation.

• Share insights and contribute to the ongoing evolution of delivery practices.

• Continuously expand technical knowledge and understanding of DreamHost's systems and delivery ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading software delivery, project management, product operations, or similar cross-functional projects.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and contemporary engineering practices.

• Technical proficiency in web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development, and modern software architecture.

• Experience in coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

• Proven track record of influencing decisions, resolving conflicts, and fostering alignment without direct authority.

• Excellent analytical skills to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early on.

• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance planning, documentation, reporting, and delivery workflows.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively.

• Experience in leading program-level initiatives across multiple teams or organizational domains.

• Background in improving delivery governance, standards, or operational practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
