This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of intricate initiatives from the discovery phase to release and adoption.

• Verify requirements, dependencies, technical aspects, operational effects, and stakeholder alignment.

• Define and modify delivery strategies, which include sequencing, phasing, incremental delivery, and risk mitigation.

• Coordinate execution among Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

• Maintain transparency regarding delivery health and proactively tackle risks, dependencies, blockers, and shifting priorities.

• Prepare the organization for launches.

• Communicate the status of delivery, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders to enhance planning, execution, and organizational outcomes.

• Facilitate team alignment while balancing scope, timeline, quality, dependencies, and business priorities.

• Question assumptions through insightful inquiry and constructive facilitation.

• Drive timely decision-making and appropriate escalation.

• Organize post-launch reviews, usage metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

• Utilize AI to enhance documentation, reporting, workflow management, and delivery activities while validating AI-generated outputs.

• Identify opportunities to refine delivery standards, governance, readiness practices, and team collaboration.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Systems Administrator to implement approved enhancements to delivery tools, reporting, workflows, and automation.

• Share learned lessons and contribute to the ongoing evolution of delivery practices.

• Continuously enhance technical fluency and understanding of DreamHost's systems and delivery ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in leading software delivery, project management, product operations, or similar cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and contemporary engineering practices.

• Technical proficiency with web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development, and modern software architecture.

• Experience in coordinating work across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment without direct authority.

• Strong analytical capabilities to identify risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints at an early stage.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance planning, documentation, reporting, and delivery workflows.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).

• Experience in leading program-level initiatives across multiple teams or organizational domains (preferred).

• Experience in enhancing delivery governance, standards, or operating practices (preferred).
