Delivery Lead – Candidate Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of sourcers and manage the complete candidate generation process.

• Recruit, interview, coach, guide, and nurture a team of sourcers.

• Oversee workflow and assign job responsibilities.

• Foster strong relationships with client teams.

• Act as the authority in sourcing talent, with a focus on performance and return on investment.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with business objectives.

• Assess innovative sourcing technologies and tools.

• Create qualified talent pipelines using creative methodologies.

• Introduce new processes and practices to enhance strategic sourcing and organizational efficiency.

• Formulate formal recruiting strategic plans and analytics.

• Assess team progress and accomplishments.

• Keep updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, sourcing tools, and best practices.

• Provide mentorship, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate the professional development of Talent Sourcers and Senior Talent Consultants.

• Execute additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant business field or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial position within a sourcing or recruiting context.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to develop and manage a team effectively.

• Proficiency in creating and executing sourcing strategies.

• Capability to build and sustain talent pipelines.

• Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and devise strategic plans.

• Experience with complex Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining sourcing techniques.

• Advanced ATS/CRM/Technical skills with the ability to leverage technology to boost productivity and achieve results.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

• Familiarity with innovative sourcing technologies and tools.

• Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.
