Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Carry out daily tasks that support various customer engagements.

• Grasp customer expectations and technical requirements for the work delivered.

• Oversee customer needs to ensure compliance with contracts and satisfaction.

• Cultivate strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they feel appreciated and supported.

• Conduct regular check-ins with customers, engagement teams, and solutions teams.

• Record and convey processes and procedures to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in knowledge management and change control processes.

• Collaborate to manage risks and engagement scope in accordance with contract terms.

• Aggregate engagement status and budget details across portfolios.

• Aid internal processes concerning time, expenses, and invoicing.

• Address issues and facilitate resolutions while notifying impacted parties.

• Provide support to customers and teams within the portfolio.

• Operate independently with general supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities (English language).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective time management and organizational capabilities.

• Team collaboration skills.

• People management proficiency.

• Familiarity with project management fundamentals or experience as an acting Scrum Master.

• Exposure to professional services agreements, including change management processes.

• Familiarity with IT Managed Services, project management courses, and other IT certifications.

• Proven skills in project risk analysis and mitigation.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

• Over 1 year of experience in an IT or Professional Services Environment is preferred.
