Delivery Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects for Life Sciences clients.

• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to achieve KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Identify and resolve issues related to requests.

• Produce metrics and reports at both project and customer levels.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements and service-level agreements.

• Ensure tasks are completed effectively.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving internal operations.

• Enhance delivery efficiency as products and workflows develop.

• Opportunity for advancement into a customer-facing delivery management position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience using Excel spreadsheets.

• Proficient in quickly creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and similar functions.

• More than 2 years of experience in project management.

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and persistent.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment characterized by continuous change and iteration.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in highly regulated settings.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguous situations and clarify issues.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Interest in healthcare data connectivity, EMRs, and APIs.

• Quick to adapt and learn.

• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare Analytics, or healthcare data companies, particularly in customer-facing roles, is a plus.
