This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop customer solutions with a focus on application-centric approaches.

• Enhance solutions through continuous collaboration, discussions, and training with stakeholders.

• Offer technical expertise to AlgoSec teams and guide Deployment Engineers.

• Produce solution design documentation for Deployment and Professional Services teams.

• Keep a comprehensive record of the solution provided to the customer.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Success, Product Management, Support, and R&D teams.

• Address customer requirements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the AlgoSec solution.

• Engage in pre-sales activities and represent the Delivery organization effectively.

• Ensure clear design and facilitate a seamless transition to the post-sales team.

• Lead workshops for customers.

• Assist customers in developing their automation journeys within complex network environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable role within a software company catering to large enterprise clients.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting customer-facing design sessions, leading discussions, gathering requirements, and converting them into actionable outcomes.

• Familiarity with Network Change Request processes and tools such as ServiceNow or other IT service management tools.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies or alternative approaches.

• Strong background in networking, with a solid understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol suite.

• Proficient in firewall administration and configuration, including platforms like Check Point, Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.

• Experience in Linux/UNIX environments along with skills in Perl, Python, or shell scripting.

• Knowledge of network mapping topology, systems integration, and APIs.

• Customer-oriented, capable of establishing credibility and trust-based relationships.

• Resourceful and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, quick learning, and initiative.

• Excellent collaboration abilities across cross-functional and technical teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Architect-level knowledge of OpenStack, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
