This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Conduct investigations and resolve disputes related to debit cards and Zelle transactions.
• Research and monitor cases to ensure compliance with Regulation E.
• Review reports pertaining to chargeback statuses.
• Investigate unposted items for cardholders and prepare checks as necessary.
• Adhere to Regulation E, MasterCard rules, network regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Process Zelle dispute claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Generate MasterCard Billing Reports (MCB).
• Compile end-of-month status reports.
• Monitor alerts related to Account Data Compromise.
• Reissue warm cards due to alerts concerning Account Data Compromise.
• Carry out general research tasks associated with debit card operations.
• Complete additional assignments and projects as directed by management.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in banking or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in debit/credit card operations and balancing/account reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong professional communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to customize messages effectively based on the audience and context.
• Proficient written communication skills, including emails, letters, and use of electronic platforms.
• Adherence to professional standards in spelling and grammar.
• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and presence.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a constructive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Sound professional judgment with the ability to balance the needs of the organization and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and applications.
• Willingness to learn new systems and applications, adapting to system upgrades as needed.
• Occasional travel to other First American Bank locations, bank functions, and training facilities may be necessary.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be required.
