Dealing Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage MT4/MT5 groups, symbols, securities, managers, and routing setups.

• Set up swaps, dividends, expirations, corporate actions, trading sessions, leverage, and margin.

• Oversee the operational implementation of new instruments and products during live deployment.

• Monitor pricing, spreads, liquidity, execution quality, and platform health; report any discrepancies.

• Examine execution issues such as slippage, rejections, requotes, and off-market fills.

• Keep track of economic releases, rollovers, and holiday schedules; make necessary session adjustments.

• Assist Risk Management with the operational execution of sanctioned risk and trading strategies.

• Generate daily P&L reports, reconciliations, and exception reports.

• Supervise third-party providers, bridges, and connectivity; handle escalation with Technology and vendors.

• Ensure shift handover, incident logs, SOPs, and audit trails are maintained for Compliance purposes.

• Test new dealing tools, plugins, and automation; pinpoint manual processes for automation opportunities.

• Collaborate daily with Risk, Risk Intelligence, Technology, Compliance, and Sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in Dealing, Trading Operations, or Dealing Support at a CFD/FX broker.

• Proficient in MT4/MT5 administration — beyond basic user-level experience.

• Solid understanding of CFDs, FX, indices, and commodities.

• Hands-on experience in configuring swaps, dividends, expirations, leverage/margin, and instrument specifications.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to maintain high accuracy under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work early, late, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python for reporting, reconciliation, or automation tasks.

• Experience with bridges (PrimeXM, oneZero, Centroid, Brokeree), LP connectivity, or FIX protocols.

• Exposure to MT5 Manager/Web API.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
