Deal Review Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Examine contracts and associated deal documentation for precision, thoroughness, and adherence to policies.

• Manage the progression of deals through the approval and closing workflow within the CRM.

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and sales leadership as necessary.

• Take ownership of the turnaround time for opportunity closures and wins.

• Actively identify bottlenecks and escalate any exceptions.

• Assist with quarter-end and year-end closing by prioritizing and accelerating ongoing deals.

• Recognize recurring issues in deal documentation and propose improvements to processes or policies.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of deal records and reporting within CRM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, accounting/finance, or a similar field, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based organization.

• Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes.

• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce.

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Confidence in reviewing all deal-related documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to handle a high volume of deals under tight deadlines.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to explain and enforce policies effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
