This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a liaison between commercial strategy and operational execution throughout the quote-to-cash process.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CPQ platform, encompassing the product catalog, pricing, quote templates, approval rules, and integrations.
• Oversee daily Deal Desk operations, which include quote generation, pricing validation, approval routing, product configuration, and exception management.
• Convert pricing, packaging, product, and policy modifications into scalable system configurations and workflows.
• Ensure data integrity across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems, confirming that quoted, booked, and invoiced amounts are consistent.
• Develop operational and executive reporting on KPIs, cycle time, SLA performance, exceptions, quote accuracy, renewals, and retention.
• Facilitate renewal and expansion operations through precise data, forecasting inputs, and repeatable processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to address issues and progress deals.
• Keep process documentation and enablement materials updated for Sales and Customer Success.
• Implement automation and AI-driven tools to enhance quoting, approvals, data validation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• A minimum of three years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
• Experience in managing quoting, pricing validation, approval routing, product configuration, and commercial exceptions.
• Practical experience with CPQ platforms, preferably DealHub, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including deal modeling, KPI reporting, margin analysis, discount governance, and revenue recognition principles.
• Familiarity with SaaS retention metrics, such as gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, renewal forecasting, retention, and expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and convert manual processes into scalable, automated workflows.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills, with the capability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions in uncertain situations.
