This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the process of creating sales quotes and offer guidance to internal teams.
• Generate sales quotes using CRM tools while ensuring prompt execution.
• Assist with the management of renewals and purchase orders.
• Guarantee readiness of sales orders and organize order submissions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Order Management, and GTM teams.
• Collect requirements for renewal, expansion, and upsell initiatives.
• Calculate and verify complex quoting scenarios, including multi-date co-terms, staggered deployments, and module/feature upgrades with dependencies.
• Obtain internal approvals from various cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to company booking and revenue policies.
• Investigate customer license purchase and renewal history, providing insights and recommendations.
• Comprehend customer contracts, agreements, and internal systems to validate quotes.
• Review sales database information to eliminate duplicates, inaccuracies, and irrelevant contacts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Order Administration to facilitate accurate and timely order bookings.
• Cultivate quoting expertise, ensuring quotes align with contracts, legal agreements, and company policies.
• Manage version control for quotes.
• Identify improvements in tools and processes related to deal configuration, pricing, and quoting.
• Engage in user acceptance testing.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Understanding of the sales quote creation process and its intricacies.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with diverse roles across the organization.
• Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to juggle various daily tasks and adjust priorities effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficient in technology, strong mathematical skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the quote development process/account quoting.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software.
• Previous experience collaborating with sales personnel.
• Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Experience with Salesforce.com/CPQ is a plus.
• Background in the SaaS/technology industry is advantageous.
• Experience with direct end users and resellers is beneficial.
• Familiarity with deal desk, finance, contracts, sales, or revenue/sales operations is desirable.
