This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide comprehensive quote-to-signature assistance for global Account Executives, encompassing quote generation, pricing approvals, order form creation, and accurate opportunity closure in Salesforce.
• Oversee and track the quote queue and approval processes.
• Ensure prompt responses while maintaining exceptional organizational standards.
• Actively drive deal momentum at month-end and quarter-end by addressing obstacles and offering partner support.
• Offer pricing insights, product direction, and analytical support for large, complex, or non-standard deal configurations.
• Assist in managing Chainguard’s CPQ (Roadrunner) and CLM platform (Ironclad), including updates to price books and legal workflows.
• Preserve data integrity and system hygiene across CPQ, CLM, and CRM (Salesforce).
• Guarantee smooth order management and alignment across internal systems to ensure accurate product and partner attribution tracking.
• Assist in documenting Deal Desk processes and protocols.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to optimize deal execution, maintain compliance, and eliminate obstacles.
• Function as a reliable cross-functional partner and the primary contact for deal-related inquiries.
• 2-3 years of experience in Deal Desk roles within an Enterprise SaaS B2B setting.
• Administrative experience with CPQ and CLM tools is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with upstream GTM teams and other cross-functional departments.
• Familiarity with Marketplace offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus.
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and attentive to detail.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively during periods of high volume.
• Flexible scheduling during End of Month and End of Quarter periods.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales contracts.
• Skilled in identifying risks related to deal terms and structures.
• Willingness to travel for QBRs once per quarter.
• Must reside in the EST or CST time zone.
