
DCS WebEOC System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the operation of core DCS systems, including WebEOC, to ensure reliable and efficient functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the entire solution lifecycle.
• Provide tier 2 technical support and manage system administration.
• Create operational configurations and oversee DCS operations data management.
• Conduct training sessions and offer guidance to staff and volunteers.
• Acquire knowledge of DCS business processes and convert requirements into technology artifacts.
• Analyze WebEOC operational issues and facilitate solutions.
• Present DCS business proposals to BSI and HSIT forums for approval.
• Collaborate with DCS stakeholders to formulate strategic plans for implementing the technology vision.
• Engage in WebEOC projects and participate in all solution lifecycle phases.
• Develop functional testing strategies and take part in testing processes.
• Aid in resolving issues between IT and business teams.
• Ensure system updates and modifications are maintained.
• Create tier 2 WebEOC support processes and workflows.
• Offer technical support for WebEOC operational configurations.
• Assist in permissions provisioning and systems access management.
• Oversee manual WebEOC data migrations.
• Assess, install, and customize vendor-supplied or commercial off-the-shelf WebEOC boards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Familiarity with techniques related to project/program management, business process redesign, technology awareness, requirements analysis, and client relationship management.
• Ability to apply principles of systems life cycle, systems integration, and data management.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to align IT priorities with business goals.
• Excellent writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in using business assessment/modeling tools.
• Travel may be necessary.
• Capability to use a personal computer, relevant software, and office equipment for extended periods.
• Potential to write or edit HTML and/or Javascript.
