Dayforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, configuration, integration strategy, and comprehensive delivery of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and technical teams to convert business requirements into scalable and efficient Dayforce architectures.

• Ensure the integrity of solutions and promote best practices.

• Supervise technical design processes.

• Facilitate successful deployment, optimization, and long-term user adoption.

• Direct discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders in HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in implementing Dayforce HCM solutions as a lead or architect.

• Extensive knowledge of various Dayforce modules including Payroll, Time, WFM, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

• Strong understanding of the Dayforce data model, workflows, security measures, and Continuous Calculation.

• Practical experience with Dayforce APIs, web services, XML, and integration frameworks.

• Demonstrated capability in leading discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions.

• Experience in enterprise HCM/HRIS transformation projects.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations.
