This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Onboard, manage, and guarantee the precision of all client inventory
• Complete designated Salesforce cases
• Manage inbound client inquiries
• Assist internal teams with inventory data through escalation channels
• Offer technical support to clients and Tier 1 teams
• Execute and oversee casework while ensuring data integrity and compliance with procedures
• Analyze data utilizing core systems, applications, and DQL (DealerOn Query Language)
• Configure and resolve issues related to inventory data syndication via FTP and APIs, including Homenet and vAuto
• Implement intricate Lot Source configurations and data-flow logic
• Investigate and rectify pricing inconsistencies and missing vehicle or photo records
• Generate and manage data exports and imports between the platform and third-party/OEM sources
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor departmental Slack channels and address escalated support requests
• Deliver telephone support to clients, internal teams, and third-party entities
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer data inquiries
• Mentor newly onboarded staff
• Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of internal systems
• Write technical Knowledgebase articles and other technical documentation
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, web design, technical project management, or a related program and certification
• Strong telephone customer service skills incorporating technical knowledge, professionalism, empathy, and communication abilities
• Experience in a technical contact center setting
• 4+ years of experience in technical support delivery
• 2+ years of experience with DealerOn or hands-on experience with DealerOn’s products
• Capability to troubleshoot issues to their root cause and provide accurate, timely solutions
• Ability to think critically and enhance DealerOn’s products and processes
• Adaptability to shifting departmental priorities and unforeseen demands
• Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior knowledge and experience with databases (SQL)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with at least one content management system (CMS), such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ticket management systems like JIRA
• Strong data management skills
• B2B communication capabilities
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Solid understanding of Internet operations, computer systems, and Microsoft Office products
• Successful completion of a background check
