This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders to identify significant business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Acquire insights into the product's business needs and data sources.
• Take ownership of defining, documenting, and establishing the logic of product analytics data models alongside Analytics Engineering.
• Oversee data requests from product and revenue stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Lead the strategic roadmap for product analytics.
• Conduct analysis on user activation, engagement, retention, funnels, and product event data.
• Design, execute, and communicate the outcomes of end-to-end A/B experiments.
• Manage and refine definitions, logic, documentation, and consistency of product metrics.
• Provide domain expertise and thorough evaluation within the in-house agentic analytics framework.
• Assist in establishing quality standards for query, analytics, insights, and reporting agents.
• Collaborate on the evaluation suites for AI outputs and cycles for agent improvement.
• Convert business intuition into semantic and prompt layers.
• Engage in recruitment, hiring manager assessments, values, and reference interviews.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Analytics, experimentation, and working with product event or clickstream data.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient in querying and data manipulation using SQL and Python or another programming language.
• Ability to autonomously drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Proven interest in applying agentic AI within a data context.
• Experience with agentic AI is preferred but not mandatory.
