Data Scientist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute analytical methodologies and applications that convert raw data into useful insights for operational and program decision-making.

• Utilize data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning techniques on extensive structured and unstructured datasets.

• Employ data-centric programming languages and analytical tools to gather, process, integrate, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.

• Create data models and algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, relationships, anomalies, risks, and performance indicators.

• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and dynamic reports tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Analyze results and deliver data-driven conclusions and recommendations to enhance system performance, readiness, reliability, maintainability, and operational availability.

• Combine logistics, engineering, maintenance, reliability, and operational data for lifecycle management and sustainment assessments.

• Establish and uphold consistent analytical processes, models, and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with logisticians, engineers, operations research analysts, and program staff to convert requirements into analytical solutions.

• Prepare and deliver technical reports, analyses, visualizations, and briefings.

• Possession of a Secret clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
