This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, upkeep, and dissemination of analytical plans for data science initiatives.

• Aid in the extraction and analysis of extensive structured and unstructured datasets.

• Create algorithms aimed at risk prediction, understanding influential factors, and identifying outliers.

• Help develop visualizations that illustrate the effectiveness of algorithms.

• Contribute to the statistical validation and analysis of results related to clinical programs and interventions under supervision.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to integrate solutions with existing frameworks.

• Convey findings and concepts to key stakeholders effectively.

• Support the preparation of code for the operationalization of comprehensive model pipelines and business outputs.

• Conduct research and keep abreast of emerging technologies.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.

• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education.

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, either Python or R.

• Understanding of fundamental statistical analyses and techniques, including A/B testing, significance testing, and sampling methods.

• Practical knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms.

• Familiarity with unsupervised and deep learning methodologies.

• Working knowledge of natural language processing technologies.

• Understanding of NLP feature extraction methods, such as tokenization, embeddings, and text-based transformations.

• Knowledge of feature engineering and exploratory data analysis.

• Familiarity with optimization techniques and artificial intelligence approaches.

• Capability to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.

• Evidence of critical thinking, as well as strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.

• No specific licensure or certification is required.
