Data Scientist – Digital Tech Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project lead to grasp customer requirements and convert them into clearly defined technical solutions; develop, test, deploy, and provide support for data analytics deliverables.

• Create and execute optimized database structures while writing high-performance SQL, which includes queries, views, and stored procedures, in accordance with data architecture standards.

• Utilize established ETL templates and standard procedures to onboard new datasets into the database; ensure data completeness, quality, and lineage are validated.

• Engage directly with customers to address data issues and perform comprehensive investigations across ETL, data integration, and reporting processes to pinpoint root causes and apply corrective measures.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, technical runbooks, and standard operating procedures to support stable operations and facilitate knowledge transfer among teams in the US, India, and Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL, capable of writing and optimizing queries as well as constructing stored procedures.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Experience in creating data visualizations and reports (such as dashboards and operational reports).

• Familiarity with relational database concepts and fundamental data modeling principles.

• Preferred experience with Snowflake databases.

• Intermediate skills in Python for data processing and automation are preferred.

• Knowledge of ERP data and processes is preferred.

• Preferred business domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or supply chain.
