Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Integrate within a primary business domain: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the business unit from start to finish

• Identify key business questions and the decisions they should guide

• Question flawed inquiries prior to analysis

• Establish metrics and create reports

• Conduct analyses and design experiments

• Extract insights that positively impact key business metrics

• Present recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, and operations

• Clarify what is occurring, why it is occurring, and suggest next steps

• Lead initiatives from insights to execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company

• Excellent analytical abilities

• Capability to independently retrieve, organize, and interpret data

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering significant results

• Strong and persuasive communication skills

• Ability to influence decisions at the executive level

• Proficient in SQL or Python

• Familiarity with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub

• Must currently reside in one of the approved hiring locations: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
