Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Enhance machine learning models to dynamically modify rates across all markets

• Optimize fleet repositioning algorithms to increase overall rental volume

• Scale ML models from initial research and development through to production monitoring

• Develop scalable data pipelines to facilitate A/B testing and assess algorithm impact

• Establish clear KPIs and create dependable dashboards for real-time marketplace insights

• Shape product strategy and influence key business decisions

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and international teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or equivalent)

• Over 3 years of practical data science experience addressing real-world business problems

• Proficient in Python, with the ability to write production-quality code

• Experience with live production ML systems is a significant advantage

• Strong SQL skills (Databricks or equivalent)

• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau or equivalent)

• Solid statistical analysis capabilities

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
