Data Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Retrieve state unclaimed property lists on a monthly basis

• Distribute lists to skip-tracing and batch data partners

• Clean, remove duplicates, and arrange records into segments ready for campaigns

• Leverage AI-assisted research to locate publicly accessible Facebook and LinkedIn profiles

• Generate new leads via investigations on social media platforms

• Assist the Accelerator sales program and heir search initiatives alongside the Return Assets Division (RAD) team

• Prepare files for outreach via mail, phone, and social channels

• Monitor processed lists, match rates, and leads generated

• Create a straightforward monthly report

• Collaborate directly with the Return Assets Division and leadership team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in data research, lead generation, or data entry with a focus on quality control

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets: including filters, XLOOKUP, de-duplication, and pivot tables

• Familiarity with skip tracing, batch data vendors, or OSINT for people research

• Proficient written English skills

• Reliable internet connection with a backup option

• Experience in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT)

• Extensive experience in social media to accurately align individuals with prior data matches

• NBI clearance and adherence to standard confidentiality agreements

• Bonus: Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)

• Bonus: Background in real estate, collections, or direct mail

• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
