Data Reporting Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Generate reports from diverse sources to deliver actionable insights or business intelligence.

• Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and reporting on network utilization, cost control, and essential operational data.

• Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts.

• Assess data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, intent, and scope.

• Determine or agree upon deliverables with clients and identify the necessary resources.

• Serve as a liaison between IT/vendor and clients, initiating and implementing project plans.

• Execute forecasting, modeling, and regression analysis.

• Extract data from relevant systems and perform data analysis.

• Present data findings and provide feedback to clients/customers while making recommendations.

• Build relationships with subject matter experts.

• Identify and adopt best practices in data reporting.

• Undertake other related tasks as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience is required, preferably in the health insurance sector.

• Strong knowledge of SAS and SQL systems is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in data reporting is preferred.

• Proficient PC skills are essential.

• Strong database management skills are preferred.

• Understanding of interdependencies among data is necessary.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills are required.

• Some travel may be necessary.

• Candidates must reside in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware.
