Data Quality, CRM Operations Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated deliverables, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize extensive subject-matter expertise to assess output quality.

• Analyze AI-generated materials against specific quality rubrics relevant to the domain.

• Detect factual, aesthetic, and presentation inaccuracies.

• Deliver clear and structured written feedback.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in Data quality or CRM operations.

• Native or professional fluency in English.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

• Strong expertise in Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Possession of an advanced degree (Master's or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
