Data Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assess and evaluate web applications, content relevance, and in-app workflows across various platforms using established quality standards.

• Evaluate functionality, usability, user experience, and content quality.

• Analyze, categorize, and label content for accuracy and relevance.

• Identify problems, document observations, and offer actionable recommendations.

• Perform quality audits and assist in process enhancements.

• Facilitate data rating tasks, including coordination, scheduling, and testing.

• Keep precise records and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to the enhancement of digital products and the quality of AI data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in one of the following languages/locales: German (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Italian (Switzerland), Dutch (Netherlands, Belgium), Hebrew (Israel), Norwegian Bokmål, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, or Polish.

• Outstanding reading, writing, listening, and comprehension abilities in the relevant language.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with excellent comprehension.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to adhere to structured guidelines and achieve quality and productivity objectives.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Must reside in Canada, excluding British Columbia, Ontario, Yukon, and Nunavut.

• Familiarity with iOS devices and applications is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in QA, content evaluation, relevance ranking, data annotation, localization, linguistic review, or content moderation.

• Preferred experience assessing websites, mobile applications, or software products.

• Preferred familiarity with AI/ML, search relevance, or language data projects.

• Preferred experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or project management.
