Data Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee data infrastructure for all significant modeling initiatives

• Oversee requirements for data improvements to enhance analytics and data workflows

• Lead specialized data and analytical initiatives

• Collaborate with IT and BI teams to negotiate and prioritize projects that align with organizational objectives

• Cultivate expertise in and advocate for analytic needs concerning new data mining tools and technologies

• Provide training to team members on data mining tools and technologies

• Develop and manage business certification processes for analytic-related data initiatives

• Supervise assigned direct reports

• Serve as a data/code instructor for the department

• Utilize knowledge of ETL/ELT data processes

• Manage both nearshore and offshore teams

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role

• Practical experience as a Data Engineer or in related software roles

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL

• Background experience in ETL and orchestration processes
