Data Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Data & AI products.

• Collect business requirements and convert them into product features, user narratives, and acceptance criteria.

• Work collaboratively with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Lead the development of dashboards, analytics platforms, predictive models, and AI-driven applications.

• Prioritize the product backlog and spearhead Agile product delivery.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), assess product success, and continuously enhance product performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Data Products.

• Profound understanding of Product Management methodologies and Agile frameworks.

• Experience with Data Analytics, BI, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance.

• Practical knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

• Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics applications.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.

• Proven experience in creating PRDs, roadmaps, user stories, and managing product backlogs.

• Preferred experience in developing AI-driven or data-centric products.

• Domain expertise in Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Energy, or Healthcare is advantageous.

• Certifications in Product Management, Data Analytics, AI, or Cloud technologies are preferred.
