This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead initiatives based on data insights and spearhead the development of impactful analytics solutions for clients.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from conception and development to deployment, optimization, and ongoing enhancement.
• Establish and prioritize data product roadmaps while considering business requirements, technical viability, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Grasp data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, integrations, and analytics platforms to inform product decisions.
• Convert business needs into clear, actionable, and feasible requirements for technical teams.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to uncover patterns, relationships, and opportunities for value creation.
• Set metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for evaluating data product performance and impact.
• Validate solutions with users and stakeholders.
• Cultivate a data-driven culture and promote AI and automation adoption within team workflows.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams while nurturing the growth and development of professionals engaged in data initiatives.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Prior experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
• Proven track record in managing products, projects, or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong skills in value-based prioritization and risk management.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on product and business impact.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives.
• Nice to have: Experience with Data Visualization and/or Advanced Analytics.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with data intelligence platforms such as Databricks.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of project and product management tools.
