This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee panel-fielding strategies, assess traffic, vendor performance, and manage sampling quotas across active recruiting channels in the US.

• Address and resolve traffic declines and geographical discrepancies in real-time.

• Identify, investigate, and rectify daily data inconsistencies.

• Produce insights, post-release reports, and performance dashboards for internal leadership as well as external partners.

• Manage timelines related to panel, mailing, and data delivery milestones.

• Communicate production risks to downstream teams and implement contingency plans.

• Organize mailings and manage payouts.

• Create mailing address files and coordinate distribution timelines.

• Ensure timely delivery from mailing teams.

• Reconcile and verify monthly panel-vendor cost-confirmation reports and payments against actual performance and valid respondent data.

• Spot opportunities to optimize workflows and utilize modern AI tools for data analysis and task automation.

• Connect operations, data science, finance, and external vendors to facilitate US panel survey recruiting, monitor vendor traffic, track mailing releases, and assess panel feasibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in media research or digital marketing/advertising.

• Demonstrated experience with digital sampling and online research panels, including sourcing, panel management, feasibility assessment, targeting, and fieldwork.

• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office Suite.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools for data analysis, automation, and improving efficiency.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of US geography, retail industry dynamics, and the media landscape.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities under tight deadlines.
