📋 Description

• Ensure that asset management clients gain maximum value from SS&C’s data management service designed for financial intermediary distribution.

• Supervise a team of associates within the internal data operations division.

• Engage in client discussions to establish best practices.

• Continuously enhance the service to align with client requirements.

• Utilize expertise in financial intermediary operations, recordkeeping, distribution platforms, and reporting obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Background in the financial sector, particularly in asset management.

• In-depth understanding of the financial intermediary ecosystem, including broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, and dual-registered advisors.

• Familiarity with recordkeeping and distribution systems, encompassing transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, and custodial platforms.

• Insight into the reporting requirements of asset management firms distributing products through financial intermediaries.

• Excellent operational and communication abilities.

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and the capacity to quickly acquire and apply new skills.

• Adaptability and a proactive mindset.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to devise solutions.
