Data Migration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Manage a comprehensive portfolio of new CRM clients, serving as their primary data contact during the onboarding process.

• Execute data imports by devising complex rules for software engineers.

• Carry out pre-migration audits, conduct data validation checks, and perform post-migration reconciliations.

• Analyze source Excel data for structural integrity, quality, inconsistencies, missing values, and non-standard entries.

• Document data mappings, transformation logic, migration challenges, and requirements.

• Engage with business stakeholders and development teams effectively.

• Address data import errors and discrepancies during or following migration.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information in Rocketlane, ZenDesk, JIRA, Salesforce, and other internal systems.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Onboarding, and Support teams to synchronize client strategy and project updates.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets, with a solid understanding of common functions.

• Exceptional attention to detail to uphold data accuracy and integrity.

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Preferred experience in the nonprofit sector.

• Preferred experience in a SaaS environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is required.

• Experience in managing databases is essential.

• Background in a client-facing or client-support role is necessary.
