This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Account Management, Account Executive, and Clinical Account Executive teams with client deliverables.
• Carry out tactical tasks to ensure data is accessible, accurate, and usable.
• Deliver both ad-hoc and scheduled reporting requirements.
• Offer advanced analytical guidance and effectively communicate findings to project stakeholders.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar tools to analyze and interpret expansive data sets.
• Compile and develop data and data models.
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of data quality and performance.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within complex datasets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend stakeholder and business priorities.
• Create and enforce data governance procedures.
• Enhance reporting processes and procedures.
• Oversee current company data operation initiatives.
• Assess necessary system and process improvements.
• Provide consultative input to assist stakeholders in effectively communicating report results to clients.
• Develop tools and processes to support client and account teams.
• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare/managed care with direct responsibility for data analysis, management, relational databases, and reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Capability to write programs/code for queries and extract data from multiple tables/sources using SAS or SQL.
• Intermediate knowledge of relational database concepts.
• Strong preference for experience in claims reporting, in-depth analysis, and benefits utilization analysis.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, Python, or other data mining and manipulation tools.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional internal and client-facing reports.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong skills in data mining, research, and root cause analysis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• A home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
