This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate statistical, exploratory, and root cause analyses utilizing extensive and complex healthcare datasets.
• Develop analytical frameworks, models, and measurement strategies to adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Construct and enhance analytical content for the Evernorth Control Center suite, which encompasses enterprise reporting, patient population analytics, and insights into the healthcare market.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, clinicians, and business leaders to create effective analytical solutions.
• Convert findings into actionable recommendations that facilitate informed decision-making and improved outcomes.
• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle from requirements gathering and development to testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
• Elevate team proficiency in analytical techniques, healthcare data trends, AI technologies, and data-informed decision support.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, healthcare data, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in large-scale data environments.
• Familiarity with Python or another widely-used programming language for analytical purposes.
• Strong business analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in translating complex inquiries into practical solutions.
• Ability to convey analytical findings effectively to business, clinical, technical, and leadership audiences.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and contributing throughout the analytics solution lifecycle.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, data science, mathematics, healthcare informatics, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Experience with Databricks, Teradata, or Postgres.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Databricks Genie.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI, large language models, agents, or other contemporary analytical technologies.
• Preferred: Experience applying analytics in the context of healthcare data, patient populations, or healthcare market insights.
• If working remotely, reliable cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed.
