Data Intern – Support and Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Foster open communication with team members and actively engage in learning from peers.

• Act as a liaison with customers for interactions and technical discussions.

• Diagnose technical issues utilizing algorithms, with assistance when needed.

• Comply with standards established by the team.

• Detect errors, even when guidance on the root cause and resolution is necessary.

• Be knowledgeable about security practices, tools, and processes, as well as the standard tools utilized daily.

• Comprehend and carry out pre-decomposed tasks with team support.

• Develop a foundational understanding of data-driven methodologies.

• Provide assistance to the team whenever requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to technology, such as Computer Science or Systems Analysis and Development.

• Fundamental understanding of systems development.

• Familiarity with programming logic.

• Awareness of algorithms.

• Understanding of data structures.

• Knowledge of development techniques and best practices.

• Theoretical understanding of testing principles.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
