Data Integrations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct projects in collaboration with clients’ IT departments and the implementation team to ensure timely completion.

• Accurately identify and document technical specifications.

• Utilize Zotec’s proprietary technology and cZAR dashboards to investigate operational challenges.

• Employ internal alerting systems and project management tools to handle daily tasks and assigned monthly projects.

• Create a communication plan to keep team members and relevant organizational staff informed of implementation progress.

• Work closely with internal technology, file management, interface, and client services teams, along with external client IT resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant work experience.

• Experience in project management.

• Background in providing data analysis and recommendations.

• Familiarity with HL7 file structures.

• Knowledge of SFTP sites.

• Mirth Connect experience is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and other technological tools.

• Capability to learn proprietary revenue cycle management software.

• Aptitude for resolving complex problems efficiently.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities either independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to adhere to deadlines.

• High attention to detail and commitment to established processes.

• Eagerness to succeed and enhance skill sets with a positive outlook.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
