Data Integration Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and/or modify database systems or applications based on user or system design requirements.

• Collaborate with senior team members to create new database applications and assist in writing new programs.

• Organize the scheduling of project processing phases, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

• Evaluate projects for processing and scheduling issues.

• Verify that testing of assigned projects is completed and review outcomes for errors and inefficient coding.

• Assess output reports for precision and communicate findings to relevant personnel.

• Maintain existing reports and create ad-hoc reports using PC/Mainframe tools.

• Execute departmental technical processing from initiation to completion.

• Document changes and additions to the system.

• Communicate job processes and keep team members updated on job status.

• Create comprehensive flow charts for database processing.

• Monitor, assess, and propose solutions for problem areas.

• Engage in client and development meetings to identify client or project requirements.

• Design, develop, and improve databases focusing on processing efficiencies.

• Write new applications and develop innovative systems.

• Review project tasks, formulate action plans, and interpret processing specifications.

• Create time estimates for new development initiatives.

• Define and implement improved processing standards and procedures.

• Coordinate procedural modifications and process enhancements with internal teams.

• Oversee project documentation.

• Provide guidance on database process interactions to others.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in database design and development.

• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in computer science or equivalent experience.

• Strong working knowledge of database systems.

• Advanced programming experience, including utilities and open systems.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Extensive experience with SQL.

• Familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and/or GCP.
