Data Engineer – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain data pipelines to facilitate efficient access to data.

• Partner with ML engineers to automate processes for machine learning training, quality evaluation, and model deployment.

• Construct data infrastructure to handle large datasets for analytics, hypothesis validation, and company metrics.

• Recognize, design, and implement enhancements to internal processes to improve data delivery and automate manual tasks.

• Create new patterns and refine existing methods for constructing data models, implementing necessary adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

• Extensive experience with Apache Spark using Python for large-scale data handling.

• Familiarity with Databricks or other cloud data platforms like Snowflake is a plus.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other Kubernetes platforms is beneficial.

• Practical expertise with Git for version control and teamwork.

• Strong understanding of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
