Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Gather, process, and refine data from diverse sources.

• Design and execute data models, ETL pipelines, and automation workflows.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis and create predictive models to address business challenges.

• Generate reports and visualizations utilizing Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp business issues and deliver actionable insights.

• Enhance internal workflows by automating repetitive tasks continuously.

• Aid account expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.

• Achieve objectives related to data pipeline quality, timely delivery, client impact, reporting quality, and automation enhancements.

• Report directly to the Head of Data and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer.

• Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.

• Previous experience with marketing data.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with other relevant languages/tools.

• Experience in constructing ETL pipelines and transforming data from various sources.

• Acquainted with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

• GCP certification.

• Understanding of big data processing technologies like Spark or Hadoop.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Applications should be from candidates located within the Southeast Asia, East Asia, or South Asia time zones/locations.
