This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the deployment of scalable infrastructure and tools, including Snowflake, dbt, AWS, and Sigma, for analytics, reporting, and real-time data exchange.
• Conduct analyses across claims, EHR, and real-time patient activity data to enhance care delivery and foster payer collaboration.
• Construct and scale data pipelines and governance practices to ensure data integrity, availability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and external teams to prioritize data initiatives.
• Create and sustain real-time analytics capabilities to monitor metrics and inform strategic decisions.
• Incorporate analytics into production systems alongside engineering and other teams.
• Derive insights from partner and provider data that influence patient outcomes and drive business success.
• Align data infrastructure with changing strategic priorities, including pharma data and fee-for-service models.
• Enhance analytics processes with the application of AI use cases.
• Over 4 years of experience in data engineering.
• A robust technical foundation and a proven history of building scalable data systems within cloud environments.
• Proficient in implementing modern data stacks, including Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and other leading tools.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, particularly claims, EMR, and patient-generated health data.
• Experience in translating healthcare data into actionable insights for improving care delivery, reducing costs, and aligning payer-provider relationships.
• Background working with actuarial teams or leaders in value-based care to model risk, evaluate performance, and guide contract design or shared savings agreements.
• Strong hands-on technical skills and a systems-thinking approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner across functions.
• Interest in new tools, methodologies, and AI applications.
