This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia, +5 more states.
• Take ownership of and manage the year-end financial audit data workstream for Printful and Printify from September 2026 through March 2027.
• Provide reconciliations for wallet balances, identify duplicate and missing transactions, and perform cross-checks between ERP and data warehouse by merchant and currency.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies highlighted by the Accounting team and external auditors.
• Document the root causes of issues and ensure traceable corrections are made.
• Develop and enhance Snowflake transformations to support audit deliverables and corrections within the revenue data warehouse.
• Expand Looker models for Accounting self-service, including merchant-level data extraction, reconciliation views, and duplicate detection.
• Collaborate directly with Accounting stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver audit-ready outputs within established deadlines.
• Maintain documentation of delivered pipelines, corrections, and edge cases throughout the engagement.
• A minimum of 4 years in data engineering or analytics engineering, or at least 3 years of substantial hands-on experience with financial or transactional data.
• Proven production experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL.
• Hands-on experience with financial or transactional datasets, including reconciliations, ledger-style data, revenue, payments, or billing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver results after onboarding, adhering to externally fixed deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with finance and accounting stakeholders.
• Previous exposure to audit processes or related delivery is a significant advantage.
• Experience in developing Looker Explores, views, and LookML models is a plus.
• Familiarity with revenue data warehouses or ERP-adjacent pipelines; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Python for data tooling and automation is beneficial.
• Understanding of e-commerce or print-on-demand business models is a plus.
• Required working hours must overlap with the Riga-based team.
