Data Annotation Specialist – Computer Vision

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Annotate construction drawings with bounding boxes, polygons, and segmentation masks to adhere to accuracy standards

• Apply guidelines uniformly across all drawings

• Identify ambiguous and edge cases and contribute to the enhancement of guidelines

• Clean up existing datasets by correcting inconsistent labels, resolving missing metadata, and eliminating duplicates

• Achieve weekly quality and throughput goals

• Relay data observations to ML engineers to expedite the resolution of model failures

• Strong ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information

• Capacity to adhere to written instructions accurately and exercise good judgment when guidelines are ambiguous

• Ability to engage in focused, repetitive tasks for extended periods without sacrificing accuracy

• Quick learner of new tools and capable of working independently in a remote setting

• Proficient written English skills for reporting issues and posing questions

• Must be located remotely in the US

• Availability during core Pacific Time working hours

• Previous experience in image annotation using Labelbox, CVAT, or Supervisely is a plus

• Familiarity with basic computer vision concepts, such as object detection and segmentation is advantageous

• Ability to interpret construction, CAD, or architectural drawings is a plus
