This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Ensure dependable data intake, accessibility, and operational protocols for a document-analysis application utilized by regulatory analysts.
• Conduct authorized data imports and exports.
• Validate schemas and align record and attachment counts.
• Safeguard original files, docket identifiers, metadata, versions, and connections between comments and analytical outputs.
• Oversee approved user accounts, roles, and access reviews.
• Maintain records for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor data pipelines, processing jobs, error queues, storage, and application performance.
• Manage operational Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Build, manage, and enhance search indexes.
• Uphold backup and disaster recovery protocols.
• Verify restoration processes and document operational incidents, resolutions, and postmortem evaluations.
• Assist with controlled configuration changes, release validations, and data quality assessments in both test and production environments.
• Prepare usable and editable data exports.
• Support the transfer and retention instructions for closeout records.
• Maintain runbooks, inventories, operational logs, and access documentation.
• Protect confidential and personal information.
• Facilitate authorized FDMS and publication workflows while adhering to regulatory review and government approval requirements.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Four (4) years).
• Practical experience in managing cloud-hosted applications and data-intensive systems.
• Proficiency with SQL or similar querying languages, structured file formats, ETL pipelines, access management, and operational troubleshooting.
• Capability to diagnose incomplete imports, identify schema modifications, and reconcile data sets.
• Strong documentation abilities.
• Comfort in providing support to nontechnical analysts.
• Familiarity with federal records, FDMS, privacy controls, and accessible Office exports is a plus.
• Contract-specific federal regulatory qualifications will be evaluated for final placement.
• Must be willing and able to sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk.
• Exceptional customer service skills through phone and face-to-face communication.
• Excellent written and verbal command of the English language.
