This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Coordinating the activities of the Data & Analytics team and supporting the development of expertise among team members.
• Managing the backlog of analytical initiatives and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Providing data, analyses, and recommendations to support operational, tactical, and strategic decisions within Customer Care.
• Developing solutions based on ETL processes, data integration, and modern analytical structures used in reporting, analysis, and automation.
• Creating and refining business analyses, KPIs, and forecasting models that support organizational planning and growth.
• Assisting in budgeting, planning, and evaluating operational effectiveness.
• Identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities based on data.
• Collaborating with Data Visualization, Data Architecture, and Process Automation teams to create cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Translating business needs into specific analytical products and solutions.
• Fostering a data-driven culture and promoting the use of modern analytical tools and AI.
• Participating in strategic initiatives conducted in an international environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or Business Intelligence.
• Experience in team development or holding a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with ETL processes.
• Practical knowledge of Databricks and PySpark.
• Experience in building business analyses, KPIs, and recommendations that support decision-making processes.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Skill in translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Capability to operate effectively at the intersection of business and technology.
• Experience in developing the competencies of others and fostering teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
