This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead data-driven enhancements in delivery and installation processes to achieve segment transformation objectives.
• Create metrics and insights to boost visibility, reduce inefficiencies, and improve end-to-end execution.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Oversee the development of predictive models to forecast trends, guide resource allocation, and assist in strategic business decisions.
• Foster data transparency and accessibility throughout the organization.
• Construct and maintain scalable forecasting frameworks that are integrated with operational data and reporting systems.
• Advocate for innovation and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and segment leaders to synchronize analytics with local priorities and operational objectives.
• Create flexible, scenario-driven analyses for planning, prioritization, and decision-making amid uncertainty.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across various teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify assumptions, variables, and scenarios that reflect past performance and future uncertainties.
• Engage in cross-functional planning meetings to integrate data perspectives into strategy and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Power Automate and Microsoft Office Scripts to automate repetitive workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in developing AI agents to simplify repetitive data analysis tasks.
• Capability to lead under pressure and adapt to swiftly evolving business environments.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven history of implementing data-driven process enhancements.
• Experience in successfully managing large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient in navigating complex challenges through cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness and capacity to travel 25% of the time to manufacturing or customer sites, including overnight stays.
• Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role (preferred).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, SQL, and Excel (preferred).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques (preferred).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated capability to facilitate operational transformation through data insights (preferred).
