Data & Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate and timely data transfer into BigQuery.

• Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot datasets to verify their accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Develop, sustain, and refine Looker Studio dashboards and reporting mechanisms.

• Improve reporting performance for better insights.

• Act as the architect, builder, and strategist for Curvion’s sales data ecosystem.

• Guarantee that sales metrics and trends are accurate, reliable, and actionable.

• Provide sales leaders with dependable data for informed decision-making.

• Streamline operations by removing manual reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

• Proficient in SQL and adept at query optimization.

• Strong Python programming skills for resolving data challenges.

• Experience in transforming disorganized data into reliable and usable formats.

• Capability to create dashboards tailored for sales leaders.

• Proven experience in constructing reliable and efficient data pipelines and workflows.

• Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and auditing practices.

• Ability to investigate reporting discrepancies and identify root causes.

• Enthusiastic about eliminating manual reporting processes.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a dynamic team.

• Familiarity with BigQuery, including data modeling, partitioning, and clustering.

• Experience crafting complex SQL queries in a professional environment.

• Experienced in designing Looker Studio dashboards from the ground up for business applications.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM PST / US hours.
