This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert evaluations of condition and asset health by assessing maintenance and monitoring data from customer high-voltage equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and rotating machines.

• Assist in the creation of models and algorithms for the automated evaluation of failure modes and prescriptive maintenance strategies.

• Act as a liaison among Asset Performance, Data Science, and software development teams.

• Conduct tests and validate models using both historical and newly collected condition-assessment data.

• Review and analyze customer data, preparing regular online-monitoring reports for clients.

• Compile condition assessment reports for customer assets utilizing online monitoring and maintenance test data.

• Oversee and maintain consolidated customer datasets for fleet-trend analysis, risk reporting, and anomaly detection.

• Create templates, spreadsheets, and scripts to automate the analysis of customer data and the reporting of condition assessments.

• Investigate AI/ML applications and consider ways to leverage Camlin data to improve Sapient Asset Insights.

• Write technical papers and articles regarding AI/ML applications and analytics in relation to power-system assets.

• Cultivate industry knowledge in asset data, analytics, and AI/ML applications for power-system assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or college.

• Relevant work experience in technical positions within the Energy sector will also be taken into account.

• Skilled in reading and interpreting industry standards and guidelines.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
