This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyze substantial quantities of real-time data from various systems, encompassing campaigns, product and customer analytics, sales performance, and logistics processes.

• Assist stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with multiple departments and business lines within InPost.

• Collect requirements and utilize large-scale, real-time data from diverse sources.

• Evaluate data and generate insights and recommendations concerning essential business areas and processes.

• Design, develop, and enhance data model layers to support optimized and scalable calculations and visualizations.

• Write maintainable, standards-compliant code suitable for a high-scale data environment.

• Uphold and promote coding standards through code reviews.

• Work together with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to provide integrated data solutions.

• Prototype and oversee data visualizations.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical position dealing with large volumes of data, ideally in Marketing, Logistics, Customer, or Sales.

• Experience in data modeling and the implementation of complex data-driven solutions is highly beneficial.

• Strong proficiency in Python/PySpark for data analysis.

• Proficient in SQL for data processing.

• Experience with Bash scripting to manage Git repositories.

• Proven capability to extract insightful and actionable conclusions from complex data and effectively communicate recommendations to business stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of data warehousing, including dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.

• Ability to convert business needs into data models.

• Strong grasp of real-time data and the capability to request and manage data from backend and frontend systems, including both internal and external platforms.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Ability to read or communicate in French is advantageous.

• Experience with Apache Spark in Databricks is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS is favorable.

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow or DBT is a plus.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is advantageous.

• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is beneficial.

• Ability to excel in a highly agile, intensely iterative environment.
